Steve Womack is a Republican representative from Arkansas’s 3rd District who has served in the House since 2011. The House Clerk records him as a current member of the Appropriations Committee.

Womack’s official biography says he previously served as mayor of Rogers, Arkansas, and retired as a colonel after more than 30 years in the Arkansas Army National Guard. He currently chairs the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development Appropriations Subcommittee and also serves on the Defense and Financial Services and General Government appropriations panels.
