Marlin Stutzman is the Republican U.S. representative for Indiana’s 3rd Congressional District. A fourth-generation farmer and business owner, he previously served in the Indiana House and Senate and represented the same congressional district from 2010 through 2016 before returning to the House in January 2025.
Stutzman currently serves on the House Financial Services Committee and the House Budget Committee. His official office lists Financial Services assignments on Capital Markets and Digital Assets, Financial Technology, and Artificial Intelligence, along with the committee’s monetary-policy/Treasury-market task force.
