Ruben Gallego is a Democratic U.S. senator from Arizona. Congress.gov records his Senate service beginning in 2025 after House service from 2015 through 2025.

Gallego's official Senate biography records service as a Marine infantryman in Iraq, election to the Arizona House of Representatives in 2010 and ten years in the U.S. House before his 2024 Senate election. His office identifies him as the first Latino to represent Arizona in the U.S. Senate.
