Ciscomani’s official biography says he immigrated to the United States from Mexico as a child, grew up in Tucson, attended Pima Community College and the University of Arizona, and later served as a senior adviser to Arizona Governor Doug Ducey and vice-chair of the Arizona-Mexico Commission.
