Lisa Blunt Rochester is a Democratic senator from Delaware who entered the Senate in January 2025 after serving four terms as Delaware’s at-large member of the U.S. House. Congress.gov records her House service from 2017 through 2025 and Senate service in the 119th Congress.

Her official Senate biography says she previously served in Delaware state government as Secretary of Labor, Deputy Secretary of Health and Social Services and State Personnel Director.
